Like all lists in Alpaka, you can filter the rota list. The search bar finds anything that appears in the name of a rota. The start and end date filters cover any part of a rota that falls between the two dates - so a rota that begins on the first of February would still appear if the filter ends anytime between the 24th of February and the 24th of June. Narrowing that range further filters the list down.
Like all date pickers, these move in week or month periods, and you can jump back to today. You can filter by site and department - showing only certain sites, adding more to the selection, or filtering by department, or by both together. Inactive rotas will have had all their allocated shifts cleared - nothing is ever deleted in Alpaka, it's only made inactive, meaning you no longer want to see it. If you have too many rotas to handle comfortably, you can limit the number of results shown. At any time you can reset the filter, and if needed, manually refresh the list.
