Your Password

Updated: 17 August, 2026 | 1 minute read

We don't know your password. Nobody at Alpaka does. That's the whole point of a password, and it's why remembering it correctly is your job, not ours.

If it's not working, it's almost always one of these.

You typed it wrong

Password fields hide what you type. A missed capital, a swapped digit, a special character left out - Alpaka can't tell the difference between "close" and "correct." Check the eye icon in the field to reveal what you actually typed.

Caps Lock is on

This silently changes every letter you type. Check the light on your keyboard.

Your browser filled in the old one

If you've reset your password before, your browser may offer to autofill the old version. Clear the field and type the new one yourself.

Your reset didn't finish

Only your most recent reset link is valid, and only the password you actually saved on it works. Starting a reset without finishing it changes nothing.

You're logging in to the wrong company

Alpaka is shared by many companies, each with their own web address. Check the company name on the login page is the one you currently work for.

Still stuck

Contact support from inside your Alpaka account, or ask your manager to reset it for you from your team record.
