Any normal software log inmight ask you for an email and a password. In addition to these, Alpaka asks you for your TEAM name so it knows which organisation you are logging in to.

Alpaka Team is an app for your staff, and is recommended for every-day use as an alternative to the web version. When signing in your staff might appreciate this movie as an instruction to go with the first time log in movie.

All the Alpaka apps have the same sign-in experience. Open the app and tap on the word "team" - your keyboard should appear. Enter your team name, which is the word that appears before alpaka.io when you sign in using a web browser. Once the team name has been recognised, click sign in and accept your device's security prompts, then sign in using the same email address and password you use for the web version of Alpaka.
