You can customise the navigation inside Alpaka. Click on More and you'll see all the features available to you - simply hover over the one you want and select navigation, and it's added to the navigation immediately. You can do the same in reverse to remove one. The position of the navigation is also a choice: send it to the side, or click again to return it to the top.
You can also ask the Alpaka AI questions about where to find things in MESSAGES, of course you can also ask a human support person with the live chat.

You've seen that you can build your own navigation along the top by choosing whether or not something appears there. There's one other place you can do that. There's an AI assistant in Messages - not a conversation with a team member, but with the product itself, Alpaka. Starting a new conversation there, you can ask something like "Where will I find a list of pay grades?" - even spelled wrong - and the navigation specialist will reply with a link.
It's especially useful for something more specific. Asking "Show me the annual leave for Katherine Rogers", for example, rather than a generic list of pay grades, sites, departments or people. Alpaka will try to match the name - offering "Did you mean her?" if it's close but not exact - and once confirmed, the navigation specialist takes you straight to that person's annual leave page.
