You've had five minutes in the trial. Here's what setting up your own Alpaka looks like - most people are clocking staff in on the same day.
01. Sign up
The details you give at sign-up pre-build parts of your Alpaka, so get them right and you'll save yourself work later. You'll set your password on first login - same process as a reset, if you ever need it.
02. Install Alpaka Presence
Free in both app stores, on any smartphone or tablet you've already got. No clocking terminal to buy. Setup guide →
03. Start clocking people in
You don't need HR records for everyone first. Get people clocking in and out from day one and fill in the detail later.
04. Identify your team
Match faces to names from the clocking-in photos. Once Alpaka has learned everyone, it does this for you. Tutorial →
05. Pull a timesheet
Download in the popular payroll formats, plus reports on staff utilisation and performance.
06. Look around the rest
Presence is one part of Alpaka. Rotas, scheduling, absence and leave are all open during the trial, with nothing held back. User guide →
